Art in glass
Art in glass
Glass and art have always been friends, a bond that Verallia transfers to the present day thanks to the meeting with the artists of Valbormida - a group that has always been close to glass due to local traditions. A collaboration started with the interpretation of the Ecova line, bottles with which the artists told about the concepts of eco-sustainability of the range itself, containers that today are part of a permanent exhibition in the showroom of VeralliaLab.
The 2011 Ecovà art collection
The bordelaise-type bottles of the Ecovà line have become the protagonists of an art collection. Some painters of Valbormida, always related to glass and its history, used these bottles and the environmental sustainability of glass as a support for conveying creative messages full of meanings. Each artist has come out with his poetry, style and technique by creating a world of images and unique emotions expressed on eight bottles. The bordelaise-type bottles have become works of art. Not only externally but also internally, because they contain a prestigious Barbera of the Cascina Rossa farm of Diano d'Alba, in the heart of Great Red Wines of Piedmont.
The 50 Dego art collection
Yesterday, today and tomorrow.
50 years of glass in the factory of Dego. And the future ahead.
The Deformata Piemonte (Piemonte Deformed bottle) devotes itself to art.
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Dego factory, a group of painters of Valbormida has actually created, thanks to passion for glass and its history, a unique collection of these bottles. Each artist used them to express talent and creativity by creating a world of colours, shapes and suggestions.
Another great Italian talent is best expressed inside the bottles. The talent for great wines. In this case, Dolcetto d’Alba DOC of Cascina Rossa.
